Equipped with a next-generation extruder featuring segmented heat zones, the PioCreat G5Ultra Pellet 3D Printer can accommodate nozzles ranging from 0.4mm to 3mm in diameter. It prints pellets or granules measuring 2-5mm in diameter, fed from a 3-liter hopper. The extruder heats up to 420°C, allowing for the printing of a wide range of materials.

Material Level Sensor
The PioCreat G5Ultra Pellet 3D Printer includes a material level sensor that detects when the material is running low and sounds a warning alarm, notifying users to refill the hopper. The printer saves the progress of the interrupted print job and resumes from where it stopped once the pellets have been refilled.
