Resin 3D printers produce incredibly accurate prints, are compatible with a wide variety of materials, and can produce parts relatively quickly. These precision machines used to cost tens of thousands of dollars, but in recent years desktop resin 3D printers have become ridiculously cheap.

We see more mid-sized resin printers bed in at reasonable prices, which is why we’ve given over our “big” gong to the Anycubic Photon Mono X. Its price has dropped since launching in late 2020, and with a build volume of 192 x, 120 x 245 mm and monochrome LCD (fast printing) gets the nod.
